General Meeting of Members kinnor From 24/01/2010
Extract from the report of activity in the past year:
... Also the weekend of friendship "in action" Antiques-Flea , corresponding to the Heritage Days, the last two years trying to educate the general public kinnor Project: open places accessible to elderly or disabled with the site of our Holiday Centre Leisure and Culture Fervaques .. .
extract from the minutes of the Assembly General:
... The President of the Association shall inform the Assembly that the project is delayed for reasons of administrative importance as regards the building permit. The entire site, as most of the valley of the Tooks, is now classified as flood zone "red" making it difficult to obtain a new building permit, already issued in 1995 for the same buildings.
But otherwise, the deadline requirements for accessibility of all public buildings approach (2012) and the Florence project also aimed to meet these new provisions for the entire site. The
kinnor is therefore faced between 2 tape, one side making the site accessible to all and the other the impossibility of any new development on the site. Without doubt
arbitration is necessary on the part of public authorities, and especially by the Delegate to the accessibility to the Minister of Sustainable Development ...

The kinnor has struggled throughout the year with ..., with administrative decisions that penalize us in the Project Home of the Disabled, namely that the Castle is located in an area called "flood", thus the Administration rejects the "building permits" even if the existing site in!
You should also know that the law of accessibility, requires all ERP (institutions that receive public) to come into compliance by 2015. Now we rely heavily on the development of the Hermitage to offset what the Castle legally can never be as defined in the Act 2015, that is to say "available"!
You see, it's easy!
